Juicing Forum

Today is the start of my 15 day juice cleanse and I am both excited and anxious.
If anyone is juicing or thinking about juicing over the next 2 weeks, I'd love the company and support. I've never done an extended juice before, so if any veterans have any tips or tricks I would love the advise. I've decided to also record my journey "blog style" so I can see how far I have come. I figure the additional task of writing and interacting with people on the forum, should help keep my mind far away from food and making poor decisions. LOL
