Juicing Forum

Hi good people, I have a horizontal single auger juicer and wondered if you could give me bit of advice?
1) is there anyway if reducing the green froth that is produced when juicing spinach and kale?
2) if one defrosts those frozen spinach pellets and then puts them through a juicer will there be some nutritional benefit or do I have to use the real thing? Many thanks Peggy.
