Biographical Info:	I have had an anxiety disorder since 2006 and an autoimmune disorder since 2009. Prednisone and other meds had caused me to gain 90 pounds. I've been working at losing weight and getting healthy since August 2012 by eating better and exercising. I've decided to start a juice fast on June 1st, 2013. At least 10 days, maybe more. I can't wait!
